All the vehicles will be sold via silent auction during the sale. We will be accepting bids for the vehicles from Thursday at 4PM until Saturday at 12PM (noon). Opening bids are listed below. You must be present to place your original bid. You may bid as many times as you would like at the sale if you are outbid. Bidding must be done in $100 increments for vehicles below $10,000 and $500 increments for vehicles over $10,000. Only bid if you plan to purchase the vehicle if you win the bid!

 

Once bidding closes Saturday at 12PM (noon), we will call all who have bid to see if they would like to top the highest bid (in the order the bids were placed during the sale). If you bid on a vehicle, please be prepared to answer your phone Saturday afternoon - even if you don't know the number! If we can't reach you after a few attempts, we will remove you from the list. This process will continue until only one bidder remains who has topped all other bids.

 

Winning bidders must then return to the sale between 2PM & 3PM on Saturday with - at a minimum - a 15% down payment (cash or cashier's check). Full payment will also be accepted (cash or cashier's check). If full payment is made - and if possible - winners may pick up their vehicles on Saturday. If a down payment is made - or if it is not possible for those who pay the full price to pick their vehicle(s) up on Saturday - arrangements will be made for remaining payment and pick-up. The remaining balance must be paid with cash or a cashier's check.
