SECURITY DURING YOUR SALE
We take the security of your home and belongings seriously, with thoughtful precautions for both in-person estate sales and online auctions.
For in-person estate sales, we use one designated point of entry and exit and fully staff the home to assist shoppers and keep a watchful eye on activity. We release the estate’s address just three hours before the sale opens, limiting how early its location becomes public. Once the address is released, we place cameras throughout the estate to monitor activity during sale hours and overnight throughout the sale dates. As an added precaution, we take jewelry and other valuables off-site each night during the sale.
For online auctions, we never publicly post the estate’s address. We provide it only to winning bidders the night before pickup, helping protect your privacy and limit access to those collecting their purchases.
