Valuables are removed each night, and the home is protected by cameras and an alarm system.
We may need to limit the amount of shoppers in the house during busy times.

We cannot do any pre-sales. First come - first serve.
We will be accepting bids for the cars from Thursday at 4PM until Saturday at 12PM (noon). Starting bids are $23,000 for the Honda CRV and 24,300 for the Miata. You must be present to place your original bid. If your bid is outbid, we will call to ask if you'd like to increase your bid. Bidding must be done in $100 increments. Once bidding closes Saturday at 12PM (no new bidders allowed), we will call all who remain in the bidding to see if they would like to top the highest bid (in the order they placed their original bid during the sale). This process will continue until only one bidder remains who has topped all other bids.
Winning bidders must then return to the sale before 2PM on Saturday with a 10% down payment (cash or cashier's check). We will then make arrangements with them to pay the remaining balance and take possession of the car on Monday (per the owners, the transactions must take place on Monday). The remaining balance must be paid with cash or a cashier's check on Monday.
